Terms of use

A founder’s evidence tool. It fetches live information about your market or your business, computes a score and a verdict from explicit rules, and helps you plan the next step. Every figure is either fetched from a named source, computed from inputs you provided, or marked absent with a reason.

Not investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. Fetched sources can be wrong or stale; the score is a model, documented openly, not a prediction. You make your own decisions and carry their consequences. Where we hand you to our consulting teams, that engagement has its own agreement.

• You must be 18 or older and provide a real email you control.
• Paid steps (scans, roasts, reads, interviews) have daily limits per account and per device. Scripting, scraping or circumventing limits is not permitted and may end your access.
• Scan only businesses you run or are genuinely evaluating. Do not use the business door to harass, defame or surveil anyone.
• Roasts you choose to share publicly appear in the gallery under the attribution you set; you can remove them at any time.

What you type remains yours. You grant us the licence needed to process it and show it back to you. Our code, prompts, scoring model and design are ours. Third-party content we fetch (reviews, articles, listings) belongs to its publishers and is shown with its source.

We may pause paid steps when our daily spend cap is reached (you will see a plain notice, not an error), change features, or close the service. We will not delete your data without notice except as you request on your account page.

To the extent permitted by law, launchcheck is provided as-is and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months — currently nothing, as the product is free.
